Contemplating the Power of Art

Are you an artist? What do you consider art? Whether you like making music, painting, or writing, everyone is capable of creating art. In fact, being creative is very important to your personal well-being. It’s a way of expressing your true self. Creating art is a way to represent a personal opinion, to lessen stress, or to simply occupy time. Art is how people communicate what is in their soul, whether it’s a troubling thought or an enlightened vision. It’s also how we communicate with other humans through time. Some of the most influential art in the world is from hundreds of years ago. Without art, we wouldn’t know how our ancestors felt during their lifetimes. It’s truly amazing how art is the universal language.
