A Healthy You in 2015

The internet holds a wealth of information and inspiration for reaching health and fitness goals. Everyday people are changing their lives and finding greater purpose and meaning through reaching weight loss and health goals. Recently, a 66 year old teacher in Kansas celebrated losing 275 pounds. He went from being morbidly obese and having difficulty walking short distances to becoming an energetic teacher of the year. Everybody has different triggers and different motivational factors. The lesson learned? It’s never too late to start.
